rolled ragout bread

this recipe is very easy to make, when you're to lazy for making the skin you can get the bread as the skin, and voila the result is more crispy than the original skin and of course so quick for making it.


ingredients :

white bread

tap-tap/press the bread with your finger until get the thinner than before


ragout (see the recipe the risoles post, even you could change the vegetable and meat as you like the main ingredient is a bit flour+milk+vegetables+meat )

mayonaise (how the ugly photo taking *sorry)

bread crumbs

methods



spread the egg yolk to the edges like above (i use my finger, hehehe)


put ragout at the edges which is not spreaded with egg yolk

after rolled, pres the edges until the ragout cannot leaked

results after rolled

spread egg yolk again the surface (just a bit)

spread with bread crumbs (not too much)

before frying

result
